youtube & other live music streams
Would ProppFrexx support playing audio live streams from youtube and other live music and news live streams to use in an overnight show ?
Re: youtube & other live music streams
Playing URL streams is in general possible from within ProppFrexx.
But YouTube streams can NOT be played for various reasons. Pretty much like other closed system streams.
Beside legal issues there are also technical limitations, which can not be solved.
But you might play such video streams via a web browser.

Re: youtube & other live music streams
I agree with Bernd that the legal problems that arise here could lead to major problems.
If you really want that, I recommend, as Bernd said, playback in an external browser.
The simplest solution is to use a mixer and send the signal through it.
Nevertheless, I would advise against it, as it could lead to licensing problems.
