Is it possible to put the next commands in ProppFrexx?
VT_LocalCardwall_Talkover on/off
VT_LocalCardwall_Play_Cart1
and so on

Sure, a new v4.3.1.0 has just been released with the following new control-commands: VT_PLAY_CART and VT_TALKOVER
VT_PLAY_CART take a parameter index (1..CartCount) to specify which number of the cart to pause or play.
Note: When the VoiceTracking dialog is shown, the command is effective after a few seconds only, as the local cartwall first needs to be actually created and initialized, which might take a few seconds.
VT_TALKOVER also takes an optional parameter. No parameter toggles the state, true=Talkover ON, false=Talkover OFF
