help menu doesn't work

hello. the manual online help options in the help menu don't do anything,
This is for future use and not active yet.
In each dialog, please press the ‚?‘ icon at the top right To get extensive help of the options provided in that dialog.
If you have any specific question, please just ask here in the forum.
