Paid for, won't register

I put in my registration data but it says my reg data is invalid.

My Ident number changed from what it was when I installed it. The only thng different is that the OS (Windows 10) has updated since I paid for it.

Why? How to fix this ASAP.

Hi Richard,

As already explained via eMail…

Did you do a normal registration or via a USB key?
If it was the normal registration, it only changes, when the hardware or the computer name changes.
If it was a USB key, it uses the Serial Number of that key. But some keys don’t have its own serial number, and in that case the OS might emulate that and with every OS, this might change.

So it must be one or the other reason. So make sure, that it doesn’t happen again, as this is out of my control.

Regardless, I need to send you new keys for the new Ident-Number. Which I also already did…
