The folder could not be added

Post by Bob Van Dongen »

Hi everyone, I can no longer add folders and get the message below. I am the administrator myself and have had it since I added some folders yesterday so thank you for the help

please contact your proppfrexx administrator for further assistance, if you need access to this folder

The title of the mentioned dialog might give you a hint: it is called "Explorer Path Limit".

Actually this is a security setting which you can and probably have define yourself within ProppFrexx.
Go to the general settings, section Folders/Libraries and check your settings for the value "Explorer Path Limits" - which is a semicolon list of a allowed paths.
I.e. specify the allowed paths to be shown in the directory explorer window as well as to which general access should be granted. Each entry must be separated by a semicolon, e.g.: "C:\; D:\Music" will limit the access to the specified paths only.
Leave empty to give unlimited access to all drives and paths.
