I installed the new patch with the changes to VoiceTracking but I am still able to VoiceTrack on the hours without the "AllowRemoteVoiceTracking" option. I am able to see the programs in the list when VoiceTracking and I am also able to download the playlist and upload the changes.

VoiceTrack or RemoteVoiceTracking?
Can you post some screenshots of the remote voice tracking dialog?

Thanks for all your sended examples!
A new v4.3.3.6 update is now available, which fixes the issue and should apply the AllowRemoteVoiceTracking option also in your scenario!
