ProppFrexx ONAIR User-Forum

I just tried to update Proppfrexx and got the following error when trying to start it
"The application has failed to start because it's side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

I have no idea what this means but I am now unable to use use Proppfrexx. I was about to do a new install but don't want to lose my settings and configuration files if they have been preserved?

Any advice about the best way to proceed?

This error typically comes up, when a dependent component is missing or corrupt.
As with this update nothing fundamental has been added, I can only assume, that your .Net installation is corrupt.
