"on Air Today"

Post by marvex »

how would you solve it?
We using " on Air today"
at 7 :20
Track 1 - about 8:45
Track 2 - about 12:00
Track 3- about 14:45
Track 4- about 16:30
Track 5 - about 18:00
Track 6 - about 21:00
Track 7 - about 22:00
Track 8 - about 23:00
(the track has a name related to a show, not just a "track8" or "track5")

The same list in 8:20
at 10:30 - same list without Track 1
at 13:00 - list without track 1 & 2
at 15:20 - list without track 1-3
and etc.. until 21:20 then track 7 &8 only
and after 22: 00 they use " on air tomorrow"
And every day the list is different and over the week some tracks are the same, some tracks are new every week.
Right now ( still in old program) they copy and paste and just deleting tracks from beginning depending on the o'clock.

I don’t get your question?
Solve what exactly? That those tracks are played at exactly that times? Or that you made such an announcement?

Sounds like there is no really good way to automate this, so the solution as a moderator prerecording such announcements? And an editor pre-planning such programs with these tracks?
