Good morning, will there be a repair function in Proppfrexx in the future when device IDs change after Windows updates, now I often have to check the settings again because USB mixing console allocates other USB ports

I am sorry to disappoint you - but you are asking the wrong question.
Every decent audio driver not only has a driver ID but also a driver name to recognize the device. ProppFrexx is using BOTH to identify it in case the device changes after a Windows update.

Unfortunately D&R doesn’t come with its own drivers! Thus there is no unique ID not a name to identify the device and its ports.
As such applications like ProppFrexx has no chance to identify them.

So you should ask D&R this question…
Plus ask, why all devices/ports change with every Windows update at all…
