End Indicator

Post by djbony »

Hi Bernd,
I don't know why, but the End Indicator is usually only saved for the second time...

I can not reproduce that issue. Ie. the change of eg. the track end-indicator is immediately saved when you click the Save button in the Tag-Editor.

So maybe your testing scenario is different.
Note, that the change is ‘visible’ depending on where you do it. Here is an example:
When you edit an audio track direct from the Find Window, you edit the meta data directly from the underlying media lib. Ie. when you search for the track again and open it, you immediately see the changes.

When you however change the meta data from a playlist track, it is also changed immediately to that track and in that playlist, but the media library might sill show old data, as it caches all meta data. Only a rescan of the meta data will update the meta data (as it reloads) them.

So you test scenario might be important.
But in general: all meta data is immediately saved correctly.

I already know when that will happen. If I edit the MP3 tag of the song via Alt+3 and fill in the data on the Track Data tab, the End indicator is deleted.
