Don't playing Playlist template

Hi!
Can I look somewhere or See somewhere log or something - I don't understand what is going wrong.
Example :Yesterday 25 aug. at 18 & 19 hour

made some changes and added some track's In both hour
Opening like it's should be and example added

But when I watching to statistic's seems these Playlist templates did not work
There the tracks like in script on 18 & 19 hours in default

Can I see somewhere why started script - not playlist template what was made ?

In the Tools ribbon tab you’ll find a button ‚Show Log Files…‘. Here you can open the Program Scheduler log file. In this log file you will find the details about the startet (or not startet) programs. Eg. if a program was not started, you’ll find the reason why.

interesting - as far as I can see from there, the script and generated playlist are nicely started.
no indication that there was a playlist template that should have started playing

Please send me your log file as well as the .calendar file to take a look at.
When say, the script and playlist has been started, all should be fine, as the playlist is what should be started

Because you posted your screenshots and according to the scheduler screenshot, the entry with that shown name must also be in the Program Scheduler log file…

Thanks for sending the scheduler log and the .calendar file.

But the log and the calendar are not matching (see below). It looks, like they are coming from two different PCs. Different program entries than what is actually started. Plus you sometimes schedule multiple programs in parallel at the same time (this is not related to your issue, but still doesn’t work). They are still pretty similar…

So are you maybe using different PCs with different calendars (and these are not synced)?

I assume you can spot the differences!
So what is executed and what you send me is definitely not the same...

log what You show is 25.08, but calendar is 22
BUT - I added my 22 calendar - how my calendar is showing

In Your image some hours is "moved" to another hours

but all files related to one PC - -yes we managed program from three difference PC - but calendar for every pc is same with - globalconfig

right now when I looking how and where -- the 17 hour started script on schedule not the edited playlist template

Sorry, wrong file/screenshot - just corrected it - but that does NOT change much

When you maintain the calendar on 3 different PCs, note, that ProppFrexx does cache all data, i.e. when you make a change on one PC, the .calendar file is properly updated, BUT you must then 'Reload Program Calendar' - this does not happen automatically, except once a day shortly before midnight.
I.e. if you make changes during the day for that day, you must manually reload the data (or do it via a control-command)!
Are you doing that (from the logs, this is missing - as the 'load' happened only at 23:40 - see the log below)?

oK - I made changes on Library Automation Option that reload libs every 1 hours starts on 00:55:00 that nice when It doing ~5 minute before new hour.
BUT that's not it like I see.
Can somehow do it with Calendar Scheduler reload as well ? - I can but command to script, for every hour every time when new hour begins, but can somehow it add somewhere that ~5 minute before every hour calendar Scheduler to be reloaded ?

The Library Automation Option reloads (as the name suggests) the media library, but NOT the scheduler!

As said, the calendar is ALWAYS reloaded automatically before midnight (at around 23:40).
If you want to reload it more often, you can execute a related control-command, e.g. via a Reminder... or manually.
Or you do it remotely, when you make a change on one of the other PCs via the TCP interface... many options, what best fits your workflow.

my best fit is that I want - somehow every hour in ~55 minutes makes Calendar Scheduler reload -
Right now makes changes 3 people and every extra button to bush to remember is to mush already , but how ? - windows task Scheduler is somehow the key ?
