Explorer problem

I have a question about the explorer. When I open a folder in the explorer window, the files keep moving around. This is very irritating. How can I prevent this so that they are arranged alphabetically, for example.

It might be, that you are sorting the explorer view by a specific column (e.g. a meta data column, lets say by Artist).
This means, that the meta data (TAGs) needs to be read - which might take some time.

When the file are now displayed (depending on your TAG reading settings, see general settings) the TAGs are read in and might as sch change the sort order. This is by design and correct.

At best you simply disable the related column sorting in the explorer view (right-click on the column header).
