How can I get the default settings back here without having to reset everything?

If you want to 'reset' all 'Mixing per Media Type...' settings, you can close ProppFrexx, remove the file "ProppFrexx ONAIR.mixing" file from the ProppFrexx AppDataUser folder and then restart PF.

If you (only) want to reset the default ACDP mixing settings, you need to (re)enter the default values, as there is no reset function to restore individual default values for specific entities.
