Is there a special command I need to use to ensure that album artwork is correctly sent to my encoder (I'm using BUTT)? The album artwork shows in Proppfrexx media players but doesn't appear in my live broadcast via BUTT encoder which then goes out to Radio.co (running Shoutcast v1).

You need to ask your external encoder (BUTT) on how to implement this and if and how they support this!

However, the SHOUTcast v1 protocol does NOT even support album image transmission at all. Only the SHOUTcast v2 protocol does - which is supported by the ProppFrexx internal encoder/streaming service. Even, if most client players doesn’t support that feature.

That’s why transmitting the album image via eg. the ${albumart} macro eg. directly to your web site or streaming service via an HTTP POST request is what most radios do. See here: http://www.proppfrexx.radio42.com/forum ... 711&p=2349
