The image shows an ‚OutOfMemory‘ error of the GPIO Client application.
This means, that there is not enough main memory to complete the operation.

You can try to reboot your PC. This might solve the issue.
If it happens again, you might need to add more main memory.

What is your current system specifications?
And what other applications are running in parallel?

But I can not do much against an OutOfMemory error.
Please also try to delete the in the error mentioned config file. Maybe it is corrupt and causing the issue.

apologies for the late response, but indeed the solution to delete that file from the appdata folder is the solution to solve this problem.
thanks Bernd!

Hi.

I have the same problem with ProppFrexx GPIOClient.config, which seems to get bigger and bigger every time the connection is closed. (183 428 ko)

key="RESTPassword" is very very very long

I have already deleted the file.
But the problem comes back after a few days.

The error message appears several times when I close ProppFrexx.

Thank you very much!

What error message do you exactly get?
In the above case, the uses did actually not get an error message in the ProppFrexx ONAIR, but in the GPIO Client app.
Is that the same for you?
If not please post the exact error message you get.

I had the same thing last week. I deleted the file on purpose and restarted it after which it didn't happen again.

EDIT: I had this 2x last week when I closed PFOA. In both cases a message (see screenshot). After the second time I deleted the file Proppfrexx GPIOClient config after which it did not occur anymore. In my case PFOA works with an Airlite. GPIOClient memory usage is constant 84.1 MB while overall memory usage is 29%. Anyway it is solved here

That was an OutOfMemory error. Meaning the PC has no free available memory.
Have you monitored the memory consumption of the GPIO client application in the windows task manager?
Is it increasing over time? And if yes, what exact interface are you using (connected to the GPIO)?
