voicetrack playlist and their songs
Dear Bernd,
a lot of dj's record their voicetracks during the week or weekend depending on when they have time to do so.
That doesnt make it any easier for us when we want to move some of the A rotation hits to a new folder, a lot of the times these tracks already been chosen by pf and are listen in the templates. Once the template is loaded, and the track is not found at the original location - it won't play the track.
Is there a way to work around this?
Is there a option where also the music files are transfered to the temp playlist folder, instead of just the voicetracks?
Thanks for your work!
Regards, Steve

Original audio files are always referenced by their location.
I.e. even in voice track playlists, just those audio locations are stored.
I.e. do NOT change the location of your physical audio files! E.g. use playlist based Media Libs for your quickly changing Media Libs...
What you might try is the 'Try to resolve broken Playlist Entries...' option: This tries to resolve the referenced media entry (in case the location is nit available anymore) based on either then GUID or the pure filename (without the path).
