But red cross icon has played a news, you can watch on picture on channel A, but Advert News Managment can't played, in test mode he played, on air no...

Jingli and news in Advert News Managment all cool, but she don't played, clicking the yellow playback the "Lol(Alert) Play, Advertising no(((

When within the 'Upcomming Overlays' popup an entry is shown 'strikeout' - this means it has already been triggered by the overlay scheduler for playback (and this gives you a hint to maybe not play it back again)!

The green tick icon indicates the overlay has or had an active scheduler entry (compare this to the alarm bell being shown in the Overlay Scheduler) - which means the 'Show in Advance' time was set!
The red cross icon indicates, that the overlay has or had no active scheduler entry - meaning the 'Show in Advance' time was set to 0 and as such was excluded from automatic scheduling and as such this entry can only be played out manually - e.g. by clicking the yellow playback icon at the end of the entry!

However, if an overlay entry is shown in strikeout AND has a green icon - but was never effectively played, this simply means, that no playable item (entry) was found with that overlay entry.
E.g. no advert or news entry was assigned to that slot.

What do you mean by in "test mode" and "on air no"?

Please post your overlay scheduler settings (the overlay entry) for the related item which did NOT play.
If that overlay entry is of type Advert - please also post your advert slot settings - did you really assign advert campaigns to that slot for this day?
